About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support us full-time during the summer. You will assist with accounting and supplier accounts. There may also be an opportunity to continue working part-time during the autumn alongside your studies.

Responsibilities

• Mail handling and inbox monitoring
• Registration of overhead and merchandise invoices
• Invoice verification
• Handling incoming reminders and collections
• Simple accounting tasks
• Other common tasks within the department

We are looking for someone who

• Studies accounting at a post-secondary level (at least 50%) and has at least 3 terms remaining
• Can work full-time between June 15th and August 14th
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience with expense report management, tax, and VAT regulations
• Previous experience with Customer or Supplier Accounts
• Knowledge of authorized expense reporting systems
