About the role Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team at Skärholmen Centrum!

In the role of Receptionist at E-Way, the popular service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the company and create positive experiences for visitors, customers, and employees.

With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that every visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. In this role, you work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle mail and parcel distribution
• Work in a logistically efficient manner
• Welcome and guide visitors
• Manage contact with suppliers and freight companies
• Be responsible for service cases and daily administration
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the service offering

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a natural sense for service and customer care
• Is flexible, self-motivated, and thrives with both physical and administrative tasks
• Has good communication skills and is attentive to different needs
• Enjoys taking responsibility and being involved in developing working methods
• Has experience with parcel handling and/or logistics is a plus

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)

The Employment

Type of employment: On-demand/As-needed basis

Hours: As needed. You may be called in at short notice on the same day, as well as for planned absences. You can apply for available shifts and enter your availability in our scheduling app. There is also an opportunity for a fixed schedule during weekends.

Start date: Immediately

Working hours: Variable. You can work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
