EnRival AB currently has approximately 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Transition, and Education. Within labor market projects, we act as a complementary partner to the Swedish Public Employment Service and are one of Sweden's leading providers of Job Matching through the service "Rusta och Matcha" (Equip and Match).
This is not a role for you if you want to "support the process." This is for you if you match, act, and get people into jobs.
We are looking for a mentor for Rusta och Matcha who knows the labor market, has strong employer contacts, and is driven by clear goals and follow-up. You know that good matching isn't luck – it's craftsmanship.
The assignment – short and clear
Your assignment is to: get job seekers into work or studies, quickly and sustainably.
You work closely with the participants, but just as closely with the employers. You take initiative, see opportunities, and build business between skills and needs.
This is what you will do
- Match job seekers with work or studies with high accuracy
- Work actively, proactively, and strategically with employer contacts
- Create concrete job opportunities – not just "suggestions"
- Coach participants with clarity, pace, and high standards
- Follow up on results and work systematically towards set goals
- Ensure quality and documentation according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements
Who we are looking for
We are not looking for someone who needs to grow into the role. We are looking for you who already know the job.
You:
- Have documented experience in matching, recruitment, or labor market work
- Have established employer contacts or are extremely skilled at creating them
- Are confident in dialogue with companies and know how to sell candidates
- Think results, not activity
- Enjoy follow-up, goals, and clear expectations
- Are self-sufficient, structured, and professional
Formal requirements (according to the Swedish Public Employment Service)
For the position, you must meet one of the following alternatives:
Alternative 1
- University education of at least 180 hp (120 p according to the old system) in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time
Alternative 2
- At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with a passing grade
- At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time within e.g.:
- Recruitment
- Transition work
- Supervision
- Labor market or personnel issues
- Study and career guidance
- Social or group psychology
- Career guidance
(Part-time work is converted to full-time according to the regulations.)
You must attach both a certificate of studies and an employer's certificate that verify the alternative you fall under according to the description above.
