About the role
Our client is a Swedish, international fashion company with headquarters in central Stockholm. As a Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with the recruitment team and support the entire initial part of the recruitment process, focusing on building a candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a high pace in delivery.
You will primarily work with volume recruitment within the creative field (such as design and product roles), where many positions need to be filled in a short period.
You will become part of a driven and warm team that enjoys working together, shares knowledge, and always supports and encourages each other in daily work.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and contacting relevant candidates through active search.
- Conducting screening calls.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with managers and recruiters.
- Ensuring that candidates and processes are updated and structured in the recruitment system.
There is an opportunity to take greater responsibility for the recruitment process for the right person.
We are looking for you who
- Have experience with search and recruitment (experience in creative or similar roles is a plus).
- Are structured, self-driven, and thrive working towards clear goals.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Additional information
- Start: Immediate/later by mid-November.
- Contract duration: Until the end of May 2027, with a chance of extension.
- Location: Stockholm city.
- Hours: Full-time.
