About the role
Do you want to become part of an engaged and service-oriented team? As a Service Manager at E-Way, the popular service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the company and create positive experiences for visitors, customers, and employees.
With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that every visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. You offer help with everything from simple tasks to more advanced services – always with the customer experience in focus. In this role, you work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle mail and package distribution
- Work in a logistically efficient manner
- Welcome and guide visitors
- Maintain contact with suppliers and courier companies
- Manage service cases and daily administration
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the service offering
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a natural feel for service and customer interaction
- Is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable with both physical and administrative tasks
- Has good communication skills and is attentive to different needs
- Enjoys taking responsibility and being involved in developing work methods
- Has previous experience with package handling and/or logistics (preferred)
Requirements for the position:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Completed upper secondary education

About the employment
Type of employment: Fixed-term until the end of December
Full-time equivalent: 80%
Start date: End of August
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00
