Wrknest is currently looking for a Telephone Operator for an international company in Kista. Here you will have a central and important role where you are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for both internal and external contacts. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a service-oriented environment with a fast pace and varied tasks.
In this position, you will handle incoming calls and ensure that the right information reaches the right person quickly and efficiently. You will become an integral part of daily operations, contributing to a smooth workplace through both administrative support and high service standards.
Your future responsibilitiesYou will have a varied role where you are responsible for the telephone switchboard while simultaneously supporting the business administratively and practically. The role involves many contact points and requires you to be flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and routing them to the correct department or contact person.
- Handling multiple phone lines simultaneously in a professional and efficient manner.
- Providing information to incoming contacts and taking messages.
- Performing administrative tasks such as registration, invoice scanning, and basic office administration.
- Assisting with mail and package handling by identifying the correct internal recipient.
- Handling urgent calls and relaying important information when necessary.
- Ensuring the switchboard system functions correctly and reporting any technical issues.
- Has previous experience in service or customer contact.
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
- Has strong communication skills and thrives in a role with many contact points.
