Are you an engaged and responsible person who is passionate about swimming and water safety? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Wille’s Swim School is an organization dedicated to improving swimming skills and water safety for both children and adults. We are now looking for swimming instructors who want to make a difference by teaching life-saving knowledge in a pedagogical and inspiring way.

Lack swimming instructor training? No worries. If you are the right person for our organization, we will train you to become a certified swimming instructor through the Swedish Life Saving Society (Svenska Livräddningssällskapet).

About the role

As an employee, you will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons for various ages and skill levels. You will create a safe, positive, and developmental environment where participants can progress at their own pace.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good swimming skills and feels confident in the water.
• Is pedagogical, patient, and responsible.
• Enjoys working with children and/or adults.
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Is 18 years of age or older.

Previous experience in swimming instruction or leadership is an advantage, but not a requirement – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
