We are now looking for new guard colleagues to strengthen our team in Boden.

As a stationary guard, you are customer-aware and have a professional demeanor, where service and safety are in focus. On our assignments in Boden, you deliver security by being attentive and ensuring everything is in order.

The position suits you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. The tasks are highly varied, and as a guard, you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. Shift lengths are often 12-hour shifts, day or night, and you work together with one or more colleagues. Since we have operations running all year round, it is common to work every other weekend.

Specific Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
• Passed grades in Swedish and English at the upper secondary school level
• Approved guard training, VU1 and VU2

• Experience working in the security industry

We see that you are a stable and stress-resistant person who handles pressure well and copes with setbacks effectively. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded in interactions with the public, but also understand the responsibility in your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients. It is meritorious if you have experience with or knowledge of interacting with people, and if your work is driven by a desire to help people regardless of background. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.
