Team Leader Luleå / Boden – Day & Night

We are looking for a Team Leader for Luleå and Boden!

Ready to take the next step in your career within the security industry? We are seeking an engaged and responsible team leader to join our team in Luleå/Boden.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with leadership – while contributing to a safer society.

Your Responsibilities

As a team leader, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security operations. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses
• Daily management and support for guards in their duties
• Ensuring quality in executed assignments and reporting
• Active collaboration with customers and stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area

The position covers Luleå and Boden with surrounding areas and requires a flexible and solution-oriented approach.

Working hours: Day and Night

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in security work
• Is confident in a leadership role and has good skills in coaching and motivating others
• Works in a structured manner and has strong organizational skills, even under pressure
• Is communicative, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2, or equivalent experience
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry is an advantage
