Swimming Instructor/Lifeguard for Arvidsjaur Municipality

The Leisure Department is looking for a swimming instructor/lifeguard with 100% employment. The position is a permanent position starting from the end of August. This position may start with a probationary period of 6 months.

Your responsibilities

The work at Sparbanken Nords sports and swimming hall involves swimming instruction, general supervision, local maintenance, water purification, cash register services, customer reception, and all other common tasks within the swimming facility.

Your responsibilities will also include some operational and maintenance work as well as general building maintenance. This includes, among other things, recurring inspections, repairs, supervision, and care, as well as other services. The work is performed with a high degree of independence.

Qualifications

As a swimming instructor/lifeguard, you are service-oriented and have good teamwork skills. You have good social competence and enjoy meeting our customers, both private individuals and representatives from club life.

Experience in similar work and swimming teacher training is an asset. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A passing swimming test issued recently is a requirement.
