5 Positions Available
Job Duties
As pool staff, you ensure a safe stay for our guests visiting the swimming facilities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the swimming hall meets the expectations regarding service, cleanliness, and lifeguarding.
Your duties include:
- Lifeguarding and pool supervision
- Swimming instructor: Plan and conduct swimming lessons for school students as well as for the pool's own programs for all ages, from baby swimming to adult swimming school
- Local maintenance/cleaning
- Customer service
- Cashier duties
- Water training instructor
- Water purification
- Plan, develop, and execute various activities and events
- Café operations
Working hours are 38.25 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Qualifications and Merits
To work as pool staff with us, you need to have good swimming skills and be confident in the water. It is a requirement that you have completed the Gold Lifesaving Badge (Guldbojen). You must be over 18 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, as this is required in daily work.
We consider it an advantage if you have swimming instructor training or other equivalent education. Experience in the profession is also considered an advantage. We would like you to have experience in customer service work and good computer skills.
We are looking for someone with good judgment and the ability to act steadily even in pressured situations. Since you will largely meet our pool guests, you need to be service-oriented and have an interest and ability to help others. The work is done in a team, and it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to be part of our operational development. Personal suitability is highly valued.
It is important to us that all staff feel secure in their roles, so you will receive a good introduction and training in the work, including CPR training.

Employment Terms
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement, probationary period may apply.
