We are looking for a Team Leader in Luleå and Boden!

Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the security industry? We are looking for an engaged and responsible team leader to join our team in Luleå/Boden.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with leadership – while contributing to a safer society.

Your responsibilities

As a team leader, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security operations. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses
• Daily management and support for guards in their work
• Ensuring quality in executed assignments and reporting
• Active collaboration with customers and stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area

The position covers Luleå and Boden with surrounding areas and requires a flexible and solution-oriented attitude.

Working hours: Day and night shifts

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience in security work
• Are confident in a leadership role and have good skills in coaching and motivating others
• Work in a structured manner and have strong organizational skills, even under pressure
• Are communicative, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2, or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry is an advantage
