About the Role

We are now looking for new order security guards for our operations in the Luleå/Boden area.

As an order security guard, you have a genuine desire to build good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. In the role of order security guard, you deliver safety by being attentive and ensuring everything is in order.

You do this through presence at your workplace, hopefully providing a calming effect, but if the situation requires it, you are expected to act and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems. As an order security guard, you are employed by Securitas but work under the regulations of the Police Authority.

The position suits you if you enjoy working with people and want to make a socially important contribution. We have a strong sense of community and broad experience among our colleagues, which enables us to handle most situations. If you want to become part of a tight-knit team, this is the job for you. We work day and night, all year round.

Requirements

Qualifications

• You have an order security guard education and a valid order security guard permit
• You have passing grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Category B driver's license

We see you as a stable and stress-resistant person who can handle pressure and cope well with setbacks. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded in interactions with the public, but also understand the responsibility of your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients. It is an advantage if you have experience/knowledge regarding handling people, and if your work is driven by a desire to help people, regardless of background. Great importance will be attached to your personal suitability for the position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
