About the role
In this role, you will, among other things, receive and welcome guests as well as internal staff. We are looking for you who want to contribute to a high level of service and professional interaction!
Responsibilities
The reception plays a central and important function in the business, with many contact points both internally and externally. In this role, you hold a key position where you represent the company daily and contribute to a positive first impression. This requires you to work with a high sense of service, have a clear customer focus, and always act professionally in your interactions, regardless of the situation.
- Handle courier and mail services
- Ensure that conference rooms and shared areas are well-maintained and in order
- Manage phones, switchboard, and email
- Receive and welcome guests and visitors
- Other administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 1–2 years of experience working in a reception, customer service, or similar service-oriented role
- Is accustomed to working in various systems and has good knowledge of Outlook and the Office suite
- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
