Resource Pedagogue for our Preschool Pysslingen Sofiero Ro
Preschool Sofiero is located in the scenic area of Laröd, Helsingborg, close to forests, the sea, and Sofiero Palace. We have four departments divided into age groups one to three years and three to five years. With a focus on health, movement, and outdoor pedagogy, we work to provide children with joyful learning in nature, offering access to both movement and rest. In this way, we create the best conditions for good health.
As a resource pedagogue within Pysslingen Preschools, you help realize our offer of "A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities" for children, guardians, and staff alike.
We are now looking for a Resource Pedagogue at 90% with relevant education.
The Role
We are looking for an engaged colleague for our children's group! Here, you will have a key role where you support a child (4 years old) with autism and speech disorders, while simultaneously being a natural and important part of the entire group's community.
As a resource pedagogue, your focus is to make the preschool activities understandable, manageable, and meaningful for a child who needs extra support in their communication and social interaction. You do not work alongside the group, but together with us to create an inclusive environment for everyone.
In this role, you will among other things:
- Adapt environments and activities based on the child's specific needs.
- Use clear pedagogy and visual support (picture support/TAKK) as a natural part of everyday life.
- Guide the child in play to promote social interaction with friends.
We are looking for you who:
- Can work without hierarchy in a team – we help each other where needed.
- Are pedagogically curious and want to develop within the area of functional variations.
- Have experience with autism and speech disorders (meritorious). Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC/TAKK) is seen as a significant plus.
What We Offer
- Free pedagogical meals
- Benify benefits portal
- Wellness programs
We look forward to receiving your application!
