We are now looking for an Office Assistant for an international company with a central location in Stockholm.

This is a consultancy assignment via Wise Admin starting shortly. The assignment is initially for approximately 12 months, with good opportunities for extension and/or permanent recruitment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you are a key person in the daily operations of the office. You are responsible for the reception and ensure that both colleagues and visitors receive a professional and warm welcome.

You work broadly with service, administration, and coordination – and thrive in a daily routine where you get to be one step ahead, solve problems, and create a smooth working environment for others.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Have experience from a service-oriented role, such as reception, office, or administration.
  • Preferably have worked in a professional environment such as a bank, consultancy, or law firm.
  • Are familiar with the Office package and have an easy time getting into new systems.
  • Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
