Reliable Personal Assistant Needed for 11-Year-Old Girl

Do you want to be an important part of a child's daily life and contribute to safety, structure, and joy? We are now looking for a warm and engaged substitute who can work extra when needed (hourly) and possibly more during the summer when school and after-school care are closed. The assignment involves an 11-year-old child living with their family and two siblings just outside Jönköping.

In this role, it is important that you have experience working with children with special needs, preferably within the autism spectrum. You need to be flexible in your approach to working with our client but also have a structured mindset. A low-affective approach and the ability to create safety and calm in everyday life are crucial.

You are:

• non-smoker
• in possession of a driver's license (and preferably have access to a car)
• able and interested in accompanying and motivating the child to various activities

The family lives in the countryside without direct access to public transport, although there is some public transport in the town center about 1.5 km away. Access to a car can therefore be a great advantage. We welcome both men and women who are 25 years or older. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
