About the role
Would you like to work part-time as a receptionist in a lovely office environment with our client in Stockholm City? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We are now looking for a true service star for the reception at our client's office in central Stockholm. Our client operates within advisory and asset management services and, just like us, sets high demands for service at an outstanding and professional level.
In this role, you are not just the face of the company, but you build relationships and represent the business in daily interactions – always driven by surprising and inspiring service. The client's service team currently consists of four people, and together you share responsibility for the entire office, laying the foundation for a positive and memorable impression.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting, guiding, and registering visitors
- Bookings and orders
- Oversight of the foyer/entrance to ensure it is well-maintained
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Catering and lunch service
- Mail and courier services
- Some administrative tasks
- Various service-related duties
Who are you?
With your welcoming personality, initiative, and structured approach, you always go the extra mile to deliver first-class service. You enjoy working at a fast pace and have strong prioritization skills.
It is second nature to you that your guests and customers always come first. With your high service awareness, you ensure a warm and professional welcome as well as a pleasant and stimulating work environment. You have prior good knowledge and experience with the Office suite and find administrative processes easy to understand.

Requirements for the position
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and computer literacy
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
The employment
Employment type: Hourly contract
Hours: Part-time as needed, with the possibility of working many hours
Start: Immediately
Working hours: Variable. Weekdays primarily 10:30–14:30, but sometimes there is also the opportunity to cover full days in case of sick leave, etc.
