Söderberg & Haak is in a continued phase of expansion in the Stockholm region and is now strengthening the team in Arlandastad with a workshop administrator focusing on spare parts and workshop flows. The role involves responsibility for ensuring that the workshop's administrative and technical processes function efficiently, with structure, quality, and service in focus.

Responsibilities

As a workshop administrator, you are a central and important function regarding the service and spare parts flow for our construction machinery. In this role, you have many contact points both with customers and internally, where you work closely with the workshop manager, spare parts manager, as well as salespeople and service technicians across the country. You have direct contact with our customers and handle incoming jobs and follow up on bookings.

Administratively, you are responsible for workshop orders and spare parts orders, as well as handling invoices and reporting to our suppliers. An important part of the role is to proactively work with processes and follow-ups to ensure good service and continuously create and maintain good relationships with our customers.

Your Profile

To be successful as a workshop administrator, we believe you are customer-, service-, and solution-oriented. You are structured, meticulous, responsible, energetic, social, and relationship-oriented in your approach. You establish many contacts both internally and externally, which places high demands on you being service-oriented and professional in your interactions.

• You have some technical competence, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked with construction or agricultural machinery
• Previous experience in an administrative role and understanding the importance of order and accuracy
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Experience working in business systems and other portals
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
