Personal Assistant for Woman with MS in Västerfärnebo

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a personal assistant for a 64-year-old woman with MS. She uses a wheelchair, which means the role involves lifting and transferring using a lift and a lifting sheet/harness. She has type 2 diabetes and a suprapubic catheter, but has good communication skills.
The working hours require flexibility. You will work day shifts, late evening shifts, and often long shifts on Saturdays (approx. 16 hours) as well as occasional weekdays. Night shifts and on-call duties are not included.
There are three cats in the home.
The job is located in Västerfärnebo, Sala Municipality.
You must meet all the following criteria to be considered for the position:
- Female assistant.
- Experience with lifting and transferring.
- Organized.
- Stress-resistant.
- Patient.
- Good physical condition.
- Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
- Flexibility: Ability to step in and work as needed, and adjust schedules when necessary.
- Category B driver's license.
