Personal Assistant for a 5-Year-Old Boy

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 5-year-old boy. He has extensive care needs, and your duties include, among other things, personal care, hygiene, training, and activities, both inside and outside the home.
He does not attend preschool but stays at home around the clock.
As a personal assistant with us, you will have a varied job where no day is like the other. You help people grow and give them the opportunity to live an independent life. Security, flexibility, and sensitivity are key words. Personal assistance is about the user's focus and a great commitment to another human being. As an assistant, you are there to help and support in everyday life.
We believe that you are a warm and empathetic person, who is confident in making your own decisions and at the same time good at reading the surroundings. The role places high demands on flexibility, responsibility, and respect. We are looking for you who are creative, adaptable, and engaged. There is some independent work, and you need to be able to take responsibility and make decisions.
