In this role, you will have the chance to...

Be the hub of the wheel in a company where a lot is happening. Forget boring and monotonous days – with us, the administrator role is incredibly lively and varied. You will take significant responsibility for ensuring our internal engine runs smoothly and that your colleagues have the best conditions for success.

Your days will be filled with, among other things:

  • Variated administration: You handle order flows, system updates, and solve the administrative puzzles that arise along the way.
  • Internal coordination: You support our sales and support teams and ensure that the information flow between departments is smooth and efficient.
  • Process development: You are involved and have an impact. Do you see a smarter way of doing things? We encourage own initiatives and new ideas!

What we offer you

  • A strong salary: We offer a fixed and secure monthly salary of 28,000 – 34,000 SEK, based on your previous experience.
  • Private healthcare insurance: Your health is important to us, which is why you are covered by private healthcare insurance from day one.
  • Unbeatable working hours: Work is from 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, but some days you have the privilege of flexing out and finishing as early as 16:00. You also completely avoid evenings, weekends, and overtime.

We would like you to:

  • Have a strong sense of order and be able to maintain calm and overview even when many things are happening at once.
  • Be unpretentious, positive, and like to jump in where needed.
  • Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Big plus: If you have worked with administration, order management, or customer service previously, it is an asset, but it is absolutely not a requirement. We ensure you get the training and support you need!
