About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Northern Stockholm for an Office Manager position. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who wants to work broadly with coordinating tasks and has a natural flair for service.

About the Role

As an Office Manager, you will be the face of the company and responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving guests and customers, coordinating meetings, and answering phones
  • Coordinating bookings, conferences, and other administrative tasks
  • Ordering and receiving office supplies, as well as ensuring security protocols are followed
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Helping out with events and breakfasts when needed
  • Ensuring a pleasant office environment

About You

To succeed in the role of Office Manager, we believe you are a positive person full of energy who loves delivering world-class service. You are proactive and take initiative while ensuring tasks get done. Finally, we hope you are detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize your workload effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken & written), and very good knowledge of English

Working Hours, Start Date, and Scope

This is a part-time position at 80%, based at the client's office in Solna, Stockholm. Working hours are Monday to Thursday during standard office hours. This is initially a temporary position for approximately 6 months where you are employed by Hero, with a good opportunity for the client to take you on directly. We would love for you to start as soon as possible!
