As an administrator with us, you have a key role in ensuring the operations run smoothly and efficiently. You work with everything from participant administration and documentation to support for our circle leaders and colleagues. At the same time, you help develop our working methods. You see opportunities for improvement, simplify routines, and take the initiative to test new digital solutions. You are simply someone who not only does the work but also thinks ahead.

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work, preferably within civil society. You express yourself well in speech and writing and enjoy communicating with different target groups. You are curious about digital tools and AI, and see how they can be used to streamline and develop the work.

Location: Kalmar

Scope: Permanent position at 80% with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Start date: After agreement, but no earlier than August 2026.

The employment is covered by a collective agreement signed between Fremia and Unionen.
