ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Community Host, you are the one who makes everything flow. You welcome members and guests, build relationships, and ensure everyone feels at home. You are the one who picks up on needs, solves problems before they arise, and helps people thrive.

You will also:

• Drive and develop community activities and events.
• Conduct tours and meet potential members.
• Prepare breakfast and catering.
• Keep track of deliveries, meeting rooms, and daily operations.
• Work in multiple systems and assist with basic technical tasks.
• View service as a natural part of sales.

You are a person who:

• Loves people – genuinely.
• Is curious, social, and gains energy from interactions.
• Has drive, original ideas, and dares to try new things.
• Is unpretentious and jumps in where needed.
• Has a sense for service and understands how it builds business.

Experience from coworking, hotels, events, or reception is advantageous, but your personality and attitude weigh the most.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Scope: Full-time, permanent employment starting June 1st or August 3rd.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, regular working hours are between 07:30–17:30. Evening work occurs.

Employment: You are employed by Carotte Staff and work at Arena Skrapan, Vasakronan.
