About the Role

At KFX HR-partner, we are currently looking for a Client Account Director to join our Stockholm team. This is a 360-degree role with full responsibility for the client, business, and delivery. It is a position with a clear focus on quality and business development, where you will drive and develop your assignments with a high degree of independence.

This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who is accustomed to taking responsibility for both business and delivery, and who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you make your own decisions and prioritize your work based on business needs.

About Us

KFX HR-partner is an authorized recruitment, staffing, and transition company. With extensive experience, competence, and close relationships, we are an unusually personal HR partner in an increasingly digital world. KFX has always focused on building long-term relationships. Our goal is to be our clients' first choice for an HR partner and the industry's best employer.

With no less than 40 years in the industry, we now have regional offices across the country. Our aim is for communication, both internally and with our clients, to always be characterized by respect, responsiveness, and clarity. At KFX, you can always bring ideas, input, and suggestions – regardless of your role or tenure within the company.

Our work climate is characterized by a business focus, team spirit, and a positive attitude. At KFX, we support each other through setbacks and celebrate each other's and our shared successes.

Responsibilities

As a Client Account Director, you are responsible for the entire business within your area – from developing client relationships and identifying needs to ensuring high-quality delivery through recruitment and consultant follow-up.

You act as a partner to KFX clients and consultants to create maximum business value and development for both the consultant and the business. The role involves continuous work to understand the client's operations, identify development opportunities, and translate these into concrete assignments.

In parallel, you are responsible for ensuring that your consultants have the right conditions to succeed in their assignments, and that the delivery maintains a steady and high quality over time.

You have individual profit responsibility and work actively with budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and managing client relationships over time
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to placement
  • Ensure quality in delivery through structured consultant responsibility
  • Follow up on assignments, results, and client satisfaction
  • Work with budgets, forecasts, and business follow-ups
  • Contribute to the development of working methods and business within the team
Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience from recruitment, staffing, or consulting, and who are used to working in a role where business, delivery, and relationships are interconnected. You are confident in driving your own assignments and have a good understanding of how client needs can be translated into both long-term collaborations and concrete deliveries.

We see that you are used to working at a high pace with many parallel tasks and thrive in an environment where you are expected to take responsibility, make decisions, and prioritize your work based on business needs. At the same time, you have a structured approach and ensure that the quality of delivery remains high, even when the pace is fast.

In this role, you have many contact points, so it is important that you have a professional attitude and the ability to build trust over time – with both clients and consultants.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and/or consulting
  • Are accustomed to independently driving client dialogues and business
  • Have a good understanding of business acumen, profitability, and follow-up
  • Can translate needs into clear assignments and relevant solutions
  • Have experience handling multiple parallel processes while maintaining quality
  • Are confident in making decisions and prioritizing in your work
  • Have a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • Hold a valid B-driving license
Meritorious:

Experience in recruitment within finance or HR, as well as experience working against budgets or profit responsibility. Other Information

  • Fixed salary plus commission
  • Secure employment with collective agreement and good benefits
  • Central office at Karlavägen 96, Garnisonen in Stockholm
  • The work is primarily performed from the Stockholm office or at our clients' premises
  • A competent, cohesive team with high engagement
  • Opportunity to influence and develop both your role and our business

Start: August/September 2026

Location: Karlavägen 96, Stockholm
