As an Accountant with our client, you will play a key role in ongoing financial administration. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes, with a special focus on customer and supplier accounts as well as monthly reconciliations. The role requires proactivity, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude, as you will be a key internal contact for finance-related matters.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, as a significant part of the role involves this type of work. The position is based at the office in Stockholm, where you will work alongside colleagues from other departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing accounting and monthly closing.
- Handle and record bank transactions, focusing on payments and receipts on various currency accounts and international payments.
- Manage customer and supplier accounts.
- Create invoices in the ERP system and match advance/card payments.
- Ensure correct handling of VAT codes and international transactions.
- Manage the shared email inbox for the finance function.
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed post-secondary education in economics or has substantial equivalent work experience.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Has very strong computer and system skills, specifically excellent knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Has experience with older ERP systems.
- Has experience working with manual processes and complex systems in financial work.
- Has knowledge of tax declarations, VAT reporting, and employer contributions.
- Has worked at an international company involving international payments.
It is an advantage if you have
- Good understanding of K3 accounting standards.
- Experience with payroll administration.
- An interest in IT and systems.
- Experience with Visma eEkonomi.
