We are looking for someone who thrives with responsibility in finance, IT, and structure. As an Asset Management Coordinator at Axfood IT, you work with billing, pricing, and monitoring of IT assets, focusing on data quality, collaboration, and improvement work.
About the role
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent hiring. In this role, you will have an employment contract with Bravura for the first 12 months, and it is explicitly stated that Axfood IT intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. Axfood IT is responsible for IT solutions that support the entire Axfood group – from store to central functions. The IT organization currently consists of 400 employees distributed across development and delivery. The Asset Management team collaborates closely with both internal teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities
The role of Asset Management Coordinator is both analytical and operational, with many contact points. You are responsible for ensuring that billing and pricing of IT equipment function correctly, are up-to-date, and based on the right data. An important part of the work involves managing and developing internal tools and apps, ensuring good data quality in product catalogs, and monitoring costs related to IT Store Operations.
You work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners and contribute actively to automation and process improvement. The role also involves creating analyses, reports, and decision support materials, as well as supporting the team with administration and documentation. You participate in budgeting and forecasting and are a key part of developing routines and system support moving forward.
Examples of tasks:
- Responsibility for store billing, including billing models, pricing, ongoing updates, as well as revenue budget and cost basis related to the store.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners such as Infocare, Zebra, and Toshiba.
- Work with price calculations based on variable factors, cost changes, and contribution margins.
- Manage and further develop internal apps and tools for pricing, budget, and handovers.
- Ensure structure and data quality in product catalogs.
- Create reports, analyses, and decision support materials, and monitor costs within IT Store Operations.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Experience with similar tasks in billing, pricing, controlling, or IT-related administration.
- Very good proficiency in working with large amounts of data in Excel.
- Good understanding of economic relationships and cost drivers.
- Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner.
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating with many contact points.
It is also meritorious with:
- Experience in Asset Management, IT equipment, or product catalogs.
- Experience in system administration or working with internal apps.
- Experience in automation or process development.
