Do you have experience of IT recruitment or do you want to develop in the role of recruiter?

We at Eccera are now looking for a sharp IT recruiter to join our team in Stockholm. Here you will work with all parts of the recruitment process with a focus on interviews, search and selection together with a lovely group of people with a lot of warmth and humor.

Your tasks

• Search for suitable candidates via different networks and social media
• Contact potential candidates and market our consulting assignments
• Prepare job advertisements and handle documentation regarding the recruitment process
• Interview candidates
• Read and select applications
• Write CVs
• Match applications with the right competence and experience against assignments
• Handle references
• Participate and be our face outward at recruitment activities at fairs, schools etc.

Your profileWe are looking for you who have experience of recruitment preferably within IT or alternatively experience of IT, administration or sales and want to develop in the role of recruiter. We would like you to have education in HR, behavioral science or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with search on LinkedIn previously.
