The Assignment
Full-time consultancy assignment (39 hours per week) in Södertälje. Start is as soon as possible, and the assignment runs until the end of August 2026. There is a high chance of extension with Södertälje Municipality after the end date.

Responsibilities
In this role, you work broadly within the payroll area and contribute to ensuring a well-functioning payroll process. You collaborate continuously with both HR and Finance and act as a support in payroll-related questions.

• Work with payroll processing and control of payroll data
• Ensure correct reporting to relevant authorities
• Interpret and apply laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
• Act as a contact person for payroll questions towards the organization's managers and employees

Background and Competence

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Documented training in payroll
• Previous experience in payroll administration
• Good understanding of the entire payroll flow, from collection to payment
