About the role
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for establishing and developing our professional recruitment side. You will drive the business forward by creating new customer relationships, reactivating previous customers, and building a stable and profitable operation over time.

This is a role for you who likes to take ownership, think business-mindedly, and see concrete results from your work.

Your mission:

• Build up and develop WeStaff's offering within the professional recruitment side
• Actively work with new customer acquisition
• Re-establish and develop relationships with previous customers
• Create long-term business and partnerships
• Contribute to growth and profitability

We are looking for you who:

• Are driven, self-starting, and have a strong sales focus
• Have experience in sales and business development
• Are skilled at creating and nurturing relationships
• Have your own network and the ability to bring in both new and previous customers
• Thrive in a role where you get to build something up and take great responsibility
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
