What you will do

You will support Supplier Quality Managers in their daily work and help keep important quality processes running by:

📄 Ensuring documentation is correct, up-to-date, and accessible 📊 Handling administrative and coordinating tasks 🔍 Creating structure in information flows and document management 🤝 Acting as a central support function in supplier quality work

You will gain valuable insight into how quality work in the industry functions in practice – a perfect starting point for further development in the field. ⚙️

We are looking for you who:

✔ Have 1–3 years of experience in administrative work or similar ✔ Have experience with document management and enjoy structure ✔ Are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of order ✔ Are communicative and service-oriented ✔ Speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English
