ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Sourcer, you will learn how to identify and attract future IT talents. You will work on creating candidate lists and developing your ability to analyze candidates' skills and motivations. Together with an engaged and creative team, you will have the opportunity to build a solid foundation in all aspects of recruitment. Curious about who might become your future colleagues? Like most students, you are likely eager to convert your theoretical knowledge into practical experience. In the role of Talent Sourcer, you will be a valuable asset to the recruitment team and gain competence in our recruitment, testing, and search tools, as well as reference checking and interview scheduling.

At our office in central Stockholm on Drottninggatan, there is good coffee, friendly colleagues, and billiard and ping-pong tables where we love to challenge each other to a match. We work hybrid but are happy to be in the office! The role involves 10–15 hours per week, and we would be very happy if you could start in early autumn or as agreed.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who:
Is studying the Human Resources Management program or a corresponding education in personnel and working life, with at least 1.5 to 2 years remaining of studies
Has some form of work experience, for example in service, administration, or similar contexts
Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Is proficient in using LinkedIn
We skip cover letters and instead start with tests at an early stage in the process. Why? Because we focus on competence and potential rather than background, to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive recruitment process. Therefore, you will take a test with two parts: a personality test of about 15 minutes and a logical reasoning test of about 15–20 minutes. The next step is a phone interview with the recruitment manager (and current Talent Sourcer) Lanya Amin, followed by a meeting via Teams/on-site with one or two team members. We always conduct background checks and take 1–2 references before employment.
