About the role – these will be your new responsibilities 💫

In this role, you are responsible for recruiting and matching senior candidates to our assignments, as well as having personnel responsibility for consultants who are on assignment with our customers. You build and maintain long-term relationships with both consultants and customers, and visit customers regularly to understand their operations and further develop the collaboration. The role is central to creating a positive and professional experience for all our stakeholders. You work commercially with a focus on identifying new opportunities among existing customers and driving business development forward.

Is this you – your qualifications? 🔎

We believe that you, as an applicant:

• Have at least a couple of years of experience as a Consultant Manager, Account Manager, or in another leadership role, preferably within the staffing industry. If you have also worked with the public sector, it is a big plus.

• Thrive in an independent role where you drive progress, find solutions, and act proactively.

• Have good communication skills and a natural aptitude for creating good business relationships, preferably with high-level customers.

• Fit into Bemannia's culture – warm, driven, helpful, and professional.

To thrive in the role, you as a person should enjoy new challenges, be fearless in difficult situations, and be comfortable handling tough conversations when necessary. You need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work structurally even when there is a lot to do.
