We are currently looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a fast-growing gaming company during a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment period. This is a consultancy assignment via Jurek with an immediate start, expected to last approximately 3–4 months.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Your responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily within tech and engineering
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
- Provide market insights and recruitment advisory support
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and organizational cultures
- Senior-level experience within Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting tech profiles
- Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results in new environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with leaders
- Experience from the gaming industry is highly meritorious
The assignment is a full-time consultancy position via Jurek, starting immediately, and will run for approximately 3–4 months. During this period, you will support the organization in a particularly busy recruitment phase with a strong emphasis on technical hiring.
