We are currently looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a fast-growing gaming company during a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment period. This is a consultancy assignment via Jurek with an immediate start, expected to last approximately 3–4 months.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily within tech and engineering
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advisory support
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and organizational cultures
Your background
  • Senior-level experience within Talent Acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting tech profiles
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results in new environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with leaders
  • Experience from the gaming industry is highly meritorious

The assignment is a full-time consultancy position via Jurek, starting immediately, and will run for approximately 3–4 months. During this period, you will support the organization in a particularly busy recruitment phase with a strong emphasis on technical hiring.
