Do you want to work on a special assignment with us at Vardaga Katthammarsvik nursing home? We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or care aide. If you have experience from elderly care, it is an advantage. The position is primarily linked to one residence. You work between 19:00-01:00. We are looking for someone who can work in weeks 25, 26 as well as weeks 29, 30, 31, 32. This involves a few days per week.

Your task as a care worker is to provide quality of life to those living on the unit. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need, ensuring that we work according to "The Good Day".

There are three team leaders on the unit whose primary task is to coach and work daily with you, and together you become a team.

Your knowledge and experience

We would like you to have prior experience from elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

We want the atmosphere to be familiar and for everyone to feel included and welcome. We value daily activities and community on all our wards. In our latest resident and relative survey, the results showed that both residents and relatives are very satisfied with the work we carry out. We are proud of our workplace and the care we provide to our residents!

A driver's license is a requirement to work with us as bus connections unfortunately do not align with the working hours. Additionally, you must have a residence on Gotland.
