About the Role
As a Team Lead on this exciting assignment, you will have broad responsibility for the office's service functions and coach your team of three employees. You will work for one of the largest financial advisors in the Nordics, headquartered in Stockholm City. In this role, you will be the coordinating force behind a first-class service experience at an active office that is in constant change.
In your role, you will create and contribute to exceptional service levels and an attractive workplace for your colleagues. As Team Lead, you have overall responsibility for both the delivery and development of on-site services, actively working to create a world-class workplace!
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling for the staff group and contact with the internal staffing department regarding vacancies and extra orders
- Updating procedures and ensuring they are followed in operational activities
- Conducting operational meetings and managing information distribution to the work group
- Operational work at the reception together with the rest of the staff
- Actively working on improvements to the business operations
- Alignment meetings with the client
- Receiving and registering visitors according to the client's directives and corporate culture
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception of visitors, including serving refreshments when needed
- Ordering transportation, taxis, and couriers
- Responsible for order and overview of the lobby/entrance area
- Supporting the office with conference room bookings and conducting conference room inspections
- Handling orders for lunches and other refreshments for meetings
- Internal service, administrative tasks, and contact with suppliers and subcontractors on a smaller scale

Requirements for the Role
- Experience in service and administrative work
- Experience in a similar role, such as conference services, reception, and team leadership
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Completed upper secondary education
- Meritorious if you have worked in various systems such as booking, scheduling, visitor, or case management systems
About the Employment
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month initial probationary period
Employment level: 100%
Start date: June 2026
Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hours between approx. 07:30–18:00 on a rolling schedule
