Do you want to take the next step in your career and gain valuable experience in quality work within a high-tech industrial environment? We are now looking for a junior SQM support for an exciting assignment with one of our clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to important processes related to supplier quality – a central part of modern industrial operations.
As administrative support within supplier quality, you will support Supplier Quality Managers (SQM) in their daily work. The role involves broad administrative responsibilities where you handle documentation, ensure that information is correctly updated, and act as a key coordinating function.
You will gain a good insight into how quality work and supplier management work in practice, while building experience in structure, processes, and collaboration in a technical environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administer and quality-assure documentation
- Support SQM in ongoing administrative tasks
- Ensure that information is updated and accessible
- Coordinate and structure materials related to supplier quality

Assignment scope: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Primarily on-site, with the possibility of some hybrid work.
Start: As agreed
End: 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension
Other information: The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

To be successful in this role you need
- Education in quality, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative work or a similar role
- Experience with document management and administrative support
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English
- Meritorious: Experience from industrial operations or quality work
