About the role
As a Configuration Manager, you will become a central part of the project office and a key player in the project team. You will work closely with development, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure correct, structured, and traceable product and system information throughout the entire lifecycle. The assignment takes place in a technically advanced and quality-critical environment where structure, traceability, and correct information management are crucial.

Responsibilities
As a Configuration Manager, you will among other things:
- Establish, maintain, and further develop processes for configuration control
- Ensure correct handling of product structures and configuration items
- Manage and follow up on changes in products and systems in a controlled manner
- Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and delivery
- Provide current configuration status as a basis for decisions and deliveries
- Support projects and line operations in matters related to configuration control
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines as well as applicable standards and regulations
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in configuration management in a technical or industrial environment
- Have experience in change management and structured handling of product data
- Have a good understanding of product structures and system architecture
- Have experience working in business or product data systems
- Have the ability to work in a structured and methodical way in complex environments
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as this is required in daily work
It is an advantage if you have:
- Technical education or equivalent experience
- Experience with IFS or similar ERP systems
- Experience from medical technology or other regulated activities
- Knowledge of relevant standards and quality requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional project organizations

The position is security-classified, which means that a security clearance check will be conducted before employment. The security clearance includes register checks and security clearance interviews in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
