Alma Assistans is looking for a dedicated night assistant for a boy with high support needs

Alma Assistans is a committed company that creates personalized assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and work night shifts.

The boy has significant care needs and requires help with everything. The most important qualities are that you are calm, attentive, and possess a strong ability for empathy.

We are looking for someone who is:

Female
Secure/Confident
Calm
Non-smoker
Mature
Responsible
Attentive
Has experience with children

Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 21:00–07:30

Requirements: Valid driver's license and access to a car to commute to the workplace.

Experience in preschool or as a student assistant is an advantage. Experience with children, epilepsy, and healthcare is also considered an advantage.
