Several of our customers in Oskarshamn and the surrounding area are now looking for an engaged and responsible team leader. This position is suitable for you who thrive with responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to act quickly in emergency situations.

About the position

As a team leader, you play a central role in ensuring that the assistance functions even during unforeseen events. You work on standby outside office hours, which means availability on weekdays between 17:00–08:00, as well as weekends and public holidays.

The work is primarily remote, but you must be able to step in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for emergency staffing during absences
• Handle urgent issues and situations outside office hours
• Be a support to customers and assistants
• Work closely with the Project Manager and report regularly
• Work as a personal assistant when needed
• Schedule shifts with the customers you are responsible for

Qualifications

• You are flexible, responsible, and confident in making decisions
• You have good communication skills
• You are comfortable working with children and adults with different needs
• You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A B driver's license and access to your own car are required

Travel is part of the position, up to approximately 1.5 hours one way.

Other requirements

• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record)
• Extract from the suspicion register

Employment terms

The position includes a fixed compensation linked to the team leader role. In addition, you receive salary for the hours you work with the customer.
