Do you want to help shape the experience at one of Stockholm's most exclusive co-working arenas? We are now looking for a Receptionist & Arena Host who wants to take a central role in the daily life at Arena Sergel.
Our Client
Vasakronan is one of Sweden's largest and most successful property companies with a first-class selection of office and retail properties in the very best locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Uppsala. As part of this vision, Vasakronan also offers Arena – a world-class co-working concept with that little extra.
The flagship Arena Sergel is centrally located at Sergels torg in Stockholm and spans three floors. Here you will find 150 flexible workspaces, more than 30 conference and meeting rooms, 7 arena offices, lounges, and a magical rooftop terrace with a striking view over Stockholm. At the Arena, there is a strong focus on service and well-being. All materials are carefully selected, and with the help of sound, light, and scent, a workplace has been created for everyone to thrive in. Smart technology and functionality are the keywords, and every space should provide you with new impressions.
The team on-site currently consists of a Site Manager and three Arena Hosts, and we are now looking for a service-oriented and driven receptionist / arena host who wants to become part of our dedicated team.

About the Role
As a Receptionist / Arena Host, you are the hub of the operation. You create flow in everyday life, set the tone in meetings with our members and guests, and actively contribute to the holistic experience that sets Arena Sergel apart from other co-working environments.
The role combines service, coordination, and relationship building. You have a handle on the details, stay one step ahead, and ensure everything works, from the first greeting to the last impression.
Examples of tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for members, customers, and visitors
- Ensure professional and welcoming daily operation of the reception
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, and external guests
- Handle bookings, member dialogue, and administrative tasks related to co-working
- Support during viewings and participate actively in the dialogue with prospective members
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop service, flows, and the experience on-site

- You are solution-oriented and responsible, with the ability to make decisions and maintain structure even when the pace is high
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
- You have previous experience in reception, co-working, or conference operations (meritorious)
- Have good technical understanding, especially regarding conference technology, digital booking systems, and Office programs (meritorious)

About the Position
Scope: Full-time, starting in August or as agreed.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, regular working hours are scheduled between 07:30–17:30, but evening work may occur.
Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and hired out to Vasakronan at Arena Sergel.
