In the role of Payroll Consultant, you will work with the entire payroll process across several exciting client assignments of varying sizes in different industries. You will take ownership of your own client portfolio and collaborate with friendly colleagues who support each other to continuously improve together. We are looking for someone who wants to influence, improve, and develop – both in client assignments and internally. Here you will have the opportunity to participate in projects, drive initiatives, and help shape our working methods and routines.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Client responsibility and ongoing consultation with our customers
• Independent work with the entire payroll process
• Ongoing payroll management and quality assurance of payroll deliveries
• Reporting to authorities, such as pensions, statistics, and other reporting
• Preparation of reports such as AGI, accounting documentation, etc.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in a payroll consultant role at an agency
• Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
• Has experience with Flex HRM

It is an extra advantage if you:

• Have experience with Kontek
• Have experience leading projects
