The role is located in Northern Stockholm and combines payroll administration with HR elements. Here, you will work closely with decision-makers, with short communication lines, high tempo, and significant influence on how the work is shaped moving forward.

This is a hands-on role where you make an immediate difference – while growing into the broader picture.

What you will do:

You will become a key part of the payroll team, relieving pressure in the daily processes. The focus will be on:

• Ongoing payroll administration

Handling of white-collar salaries (over time)

Verification of data, agreements, and reporting

Support throughout the payroll process – from input to final payroll run

Travel expense reports and simpler finance-related tasks

Some follow-up and analysis in Excel

In addition, there is an opportunity to take an active role within HR, for example:

• Administer new hires

Support in recruitment (search, selection, interviews)

Handle practical office tasks

The role is partly shaped by your curiosity and drive.

Here, following a manual is not enough

Payroll work here requires more than just “doing the right steps in the right order”.

You need to understand why.

The organization consists of several companies and different collective agreements. This means details matter greatly – and that you need to be confident in:

• Checking what applies in each situation

Thinking one step ahead

Catching deviations before they become problems

You have likely worked for 1–2 years with the entire payroll process, preferably in a larger company, and have gained a basic understanding of the whole process.

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately for twelve months. However, there is a great chance of being hired directly by the client.
