Do you want to work broadly with HR in a role where you truly make a difference in the daily work? We are now looking for an HR Coordinator for a fixed-term contract of at least one year, where you will be a close support to managers and employees and contribute to developing our HR processes.
About the role
As an HR Coordinator, you are an important part of the HR function and work both operationally and administratively. You support managers with personnel-related issues and help ensure that our HR procedures run smoothly throughout the entire employee journey.
The position is a fixed-term contract of at least one year, with good opportunities for development within HR.
Location: Bergshamra, Stockholm
Start date: As agreed. Ideally in June.
Your main responsibilities
- Administer employment contracts, changes, terminations, etc.
- Support managers in HR-related questions.
- Support the recruitment of new employees.
- Work in HR systems and ensure updated personnel data.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and routines.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
We are looking for you who
- Have education in HR/personnel science or equivalent.
- Have basic knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working with several parallel tasks.
- Are service-oriented and thrive with many contact surfaces.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious
- Practical experience in HR work, recruitment, or similar personnel-related processes.
- Experience in administration.
