About the Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the building's technical functions and long-term maintenance are carried out in accordance with the established maintenance plan. The role involves planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance and corrective measures across all relevant technical areas, such as ventilation, electricity, plumbing (HVAC/Plumbing), and other installations.

As a Technical Property Manager, you will:

  • Ensure that measures according to the maintenance plan are executed on time and with the correct quality.
  • Procure, lead, and coordinate external contractors and specialized competencies.
  • Follow up on completed work regarding quality, cost, and time.
  • Monitor and coordinate defect resolution, ensuring that identified deficiencies are rectified promptly and correctly.
  • Initiate necessary measures based on the building's condition and technical status.
  • Implement, develop, and follow up on routines and guidelines for operation, maintenance, and defect management.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the client regarding the building's operation and maintenance.

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for you who meet the following criteria:

  • Post-secondary education in technical property management and/or several years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in technical property management.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B, manual transmission) – this is a requirement.
  • Very strong computer skills.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces, acting as a natural link between different functions and stakeholders.

What We Offer

A consulting assignment via Jurek Talents starting immediately. The assignment runs for 6–12 months with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time (100%).
