About the role
Do you want to become part of an engaged and service-oriented team? As a Service Manager and Site Manager at Eway, the popular service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the operation and create positive experiences for visitors, customers, and employees.
With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that every visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. You offer help with everything from simple tasks to more advanced services – always with the customer experience in focus. In this role, you work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle post and parcel distribution
- Welcome and guide visitors
- Manage contact with suppliers and freight companies
- Support communication via the center's social media channels
- Manage service cases and daily administration
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the service offering
- Lead and coordinate the work group, distribute tasks, and ensure that work is followed up and completed.
- Ensure that all employees have the necessary knowledge of tasks, routines, priorities, and carriers.
- Evaluate staffing needs and collaborate with the nearest manager regarding personnel issues.
- Other related tasks
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a natural sense for service and hospitality
- Is flexible, self-initiating, and thrives with both physical and administrative tasks
- Has good communication skills and is attentive to different needs
- Enjoys taking responsibility and being involved in developing working methods
- Has the ability to lead and inspire colleagues
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service
- Some leadership experience
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
Employment: Permanent with a six-month initial probationary period.
Full-time: 100%
Start: Immediately
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:30–17:30, every other week 12:15–20:15, and every other Saturday 09:45–14:45.
