Are you our new receptionist?

At Elite Hotel Knaust, we are looking for you who are a genuine service professional with a fantastic sense for high quality and personal service.

As a receptionist, you will work at the heart of the hotel and be the guest's first impression. In our team, every employee is a key person who contributes to good cooperation between the different departments. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you have an excellent sense for first-class service and contribute to giving our guests an exceptionally good guest experience. We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, used to multitasking, and always gives a cheerful and positive impression.

Who are you?

You are flexible, adaptable to different situations with humility and initiative. You are passionate about good service, responsible, and work towards high quality standards. Good language skills are a requirement, and you must master both Swedish and English in speech and writing, as well as preferably a third language. Experience with the HMS hotel system is an advantage. We prefer that you have at least one year of documented experience working in a hotel reception.

The daily work as a receptionist

The work in our reception includes check-in and check-out, handling the telephone switchboard, cash register, bookings, conferences, administrative tasks, and keeping the lobby and reception area in top condition. The reception also staffs our lobby bar.

Working hours

The working hours involve shift work, mostly afternoons (occasional mornings) and every other weekend. The position is 50% with great opportunities for overtime.

Salary

Monthly salary according to agreement.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right person for our fantastic reception team.
