Responsibilities

As a Payroll Controller, you are responsible for the entire payroll process for your own customer portfolio. You work broadly – from collecting data to payroll runs, reconciliations, and reporting. The role also involves ongoing customer contact and significant personal responsibility for delivery and quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle and quality-assure payroll documentation
• Conduct payroll runs and post-checks
• Responsible for reporting, statistics, and reconciliations
• Ensure deliveries according to deadlines
• Act as the contact person for customers regarding payroll-related matters

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• Education within payroll
• A few years of experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience with payroll outsourcing
• Good knowledge of the payroll system Agda PS

To succeed in this role, you are meticulous and responsible. You thrive in a customer-oriented role with many touchpoints and have good communication skills as well as a strong focus on quality in your delivery. You are team-oriented, helpful, and have a desire to develop within payroll.
