We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Rosersberg.

About the role

For our client with offices in Rosersberg, we are looking for a new colleague for an initial period of three months. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our first point of contact with customers. In addition to handling customer cases related to spare parts, you will also be responsible for planning and booking our service technicians.

Your responsibilities

To succeed in the role of Customer Service Representative, you must enjoy high levels of customer interaction, have a structured approach to work, and be able to handle overlapping tasks in collaboration with the rest of the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Proactive and reactive customer service
• Support and guidance regarding spare parts
• Planning and booking of our service technicians
• Follow-up and communication
• Active collaboration within the department to achieve set goals

Competencies and experience

We look for candidates with experience working in case management systems and familiarity with CRM systems. You are outgoing and enjoy problem-solving. In addition to a strong interest in customer service, we value that you are structured and thrive in roles with many contact surfaces. You have the ability to understand customer needs and translate this into an engaged, creative, and solution-oriented approach. You take significant personal responsibility in your work by acting professionally and ensuring good business practices, working together with your team to achieve set goals.

We also look for you to:

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Have experience with material flow administration
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Have good knowledge and understanding of CRM systems (SAP is an advantage)
